You may return new, unopened items sold by Bonnie's Kozy Knit.com
within 30 days of delivery for a purchase price refund minus a 10 percent restocking fee. Items
should be returned unused, unopened, clean and in their original product packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs although, we will gladly
refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We will notify you via e-mail of your
refund once we have received and processed the returned item. All sales are final on books, patterns, needles
and items marked sale, clearance and closeouts.
